We invest exclusively in small B2B SaaS businesses with the majority of revenue coming from recurring subscriptions to a SaaS product. We do not invest in services businesses with a SaaS component.

We particularly like smaller SaaS businesses that serve a small market niche and have solid financial fundamentals. Some of the characteristics we prefer include:

Our team is led by Chas Cooper.

Chas has 16 years of experience in SaaS businesses ranging from pre-revenue to $160m ARR, including executive positions as VP of Product and CMO.

Chas makes all final decisions regarding new acquisitions and personally oversees each transaction.

Chas also oversees all post-acquisition operations, including the execution of any growth strategies.
